triton martinique 10.5kw tripping MCB?

I have had the afore mentioned shower for over a year now, everything was fine until a couple of months ago it started occasionally tripping the MCB. Now it is doing it as soon as the water temp reaches the correct heat for the setting on the shower dial. I hear the MCB trip in the porch, then a couple of seconds later i hear a clicking in the shower unit itself!!...I replaced the TCU thinking this was the problem, but it wasn't. I am at a loss to what the problem is. This is my 2nd Martinique in 3 years and reluctant to buy another one. does anyone know what the problem might be??
thank you

I have had a look at the fuse, and it's not very clear what the fuse rating is..the fuse is a Hager there is some lettering on it..some of it says AD110, then below that it says B32, is this B32 the fuse rating??..I tried touching the fuse after the shower tripped but it feels the same as all the others.

the mcb should be at least 45amp (the rating is on breaker) otherwise it could be overheating, the best way to find out is run shower until it trips then turn power off to fuseboard remove front then feel the circuit breaker to see if its hot,or it could be a bad connection on breaker.an electrician should really be the one to open fuseboard
