Hope you can help :)

My Carl Lewis exercise bike simply has no resistance any more. It's been coming on for ages, occasionally losing resistance, it feels as a derailer bike would when the chain is slipping. And now it feels as though 'the chain' has come off completely. Of course, it is magnetic, not belt driven - so what, if anything, can I do please?
