Hoover HW5513M keeps blowing fuse?

My Hoover HW5513M washer/dryer keeps trips the breaker, and blows the fuse in the socket.

Is this likely to be serious, or something easily remedied?

thats going to be something serious i.e motor ,heater,control board or a wiring fault and they can be a pain to trace
