how can I fix Eckman 30cc 3in1 strimmer, trimmer & cain saw?

engine starts and ticks over, but will not rev up to allow the attachments to operate, also spare parts for the engine ie fuel & air filters,carburattor diaphragm & spark plugs ect

I had the same problem Put a new plug in the machine, NOT A TORCH plug. RCJ6y or similar.
Starts, runs on full power straightaway
