Get Hot Water Running Freely in Bath?

I have a combi boiler and lately I have had to top it up, since doing this the hot water in the bath (only that tap) runs well for a minute or two then runs to a trickle, is there an air lock and if so how do I unblock it? It is a Vaillant Combi Boiler.

sounds like the tap its self as you do not get air locks in mains pressure water
