How can I fix my heater, ford, ka?

the heater blows hot air intermittantly. it mainly blows cold air.

replace the heater valve located in the bulkhead under the wiper linkage you will have to remove the windscreen trims i think its a fairly simple job,but it only takes 5 mins to do on a fiesta.its the same valve for both models and costs about€60.
