my alpha c28 boiler is not giving me no hot water,yet the heating is fine . The yellow light is flashing which they say is normal please can you help. thankyou

most likely to be seized divertor valve
needs replacing
[could be torn diaphragm in divertor valve
bitter experience has taught me to always replace divertor valve
guarantees complete repair]
not activating clip on DHW flow switch
id also replace DHW plate heat exchanger
chances are thats blocked as well
very expensive parts
[youd have thought they were made of gold]
cheapest option - replace diaphragm
extremely fiddly job - not for the faint hearted
easier & more expensive option
replace divertor valve & plate heat exchanger
[more thorough repair]
