how can i fix my Fisher & Pakel dishwasher to drain tohe lower drawe ?

My lower drawer on my dishwasher does not drain. How do i find out what is wrong with it

Refer to your user manual and remove the wash/drain pump which is under the spray arm & check for any food blocking the drain hole. If you don't have a user book then Google for one.
