Handle won't go fully back down to lock tilt/turn pvc window?
Handle won't go fully back down to lock tilt/turn pvc window. It goes to the top and the widow will tilt. It goes horizontal and the window will turn. But now the handle will not go fully down to lock the window closed. Can I reset it or somthing ?
