I am having an issue with water draining and spinning of the washing machine. I got and OE message. We drained the water from the machine and cleaned the little filter in the front and still nothing. What's the next step?

take the back off.find the pump.check if anything is jammed in the impeller and also check wiring to the drain pump is intact.
