My triton maridian shower has a problem?

My triton maridian 11 has been fine for the 6 months it has been fit, but yesterday after turning the shower on the small plastic pipe that is besides conected to the outlet water pipe to the main hose is pumping jets of water out of it and reducing the pressure on my shower head, this has only just started doing this can anybody help please in what might be wrong

do not mess with it,call triton,they will send their own guy out if its only 6 month old,but if you mess with it,they will charge you
