How can I fix my Tricity Bendix eco shower 1000 spin aw1050?

I have a Tricity Bendix aw1050 eco shower washing machine. It stopped spinning so I took it apart and refitted the belt but with a few turns to make sure it was on properly, it kept coming off again. I got a new belt incase the old 1 was a bit stretched, but when putting on the new belt, I noticed that when I looked straight on at the side of the belt, that the drum seems to have dropped a bit so the catch for the belt at the bottom of the drum isn't inline with the wheel so it keeps coming off. Can the drum drop?? Do you have any links that show the inside of the machine so I could perhaps compare and see what is missing? It looks like something has broken off at the top of the drum and I found a pinkish plastic, round, resembling a finger (if that makes any sense to you!) at the bottom of the machine when I opened it up. Please help...I can't afford a new machine :-(.

it was the drum bearings that had gone, that's why the drum looked like it had dropped a bit. Only cost me £11.10 on ebay for the parts...but it's a big job!

the bearings have collapsed and will require a complete strip down to repair.usually at this stage they go to landfill as repair cost is high
