Vauxhall Movano 2.5 mwb freezer/refrigerated van

The Freezer is not working. On the Motor where the Long Fan Belt mounts. On the Side there is apart that drives the Freezer. This part is clicking and not running smoothly.
Should it be running like the Wheel for the Belt.
