Resetting immobiliser in Ford Focus 2005?

Have replaced engine in my car and now the car won't spark at all. The keys work fine locking and unlocking the door. Anyone have any idea how to reset the immobiliser without having to take it to a Ford dealer??

Unless you can get the ecu from the donor car the only way to recode the system is with the correct diagnostic equipment
