Delonghi Magnifica Easam 4200?

I can not remove the brewing system for cleaning, it has been out once but will not come out again.
It is loose and resting at an angle but I can not get hands in to remove it.What do you suggest?

Make sure you turn power off to machine and the difuser will move in the machine and you will be able to take it out with ease hope this helps
