have one receiver that has lost guide and almost all channells tried a different receiver and it did the same thing. Any ideas on what this could be also tried changing the cables around on the block outside and still the same. when i run a test all it says is lnb output failed have 3 receivers total only one having issues.
i think i found the problem the installer had it nailed to my deck and it has settled a little and had a few nails crushing the coax removed them and have all channels now. thanks for your help

trying to understand your questing? are you saying that you have a LNB with 4 cables going into it, 3 are working but one is not?
