i have a domain name and the website is all designed it is designed in microsoft office publisher and frontpage but i cant get it to publish somebody help please

You need an FTP application and a server host to move your website from your computer to a server computer. Normally, people purchase their domain name from a company that can also support your site. I would contact them first. If that doesn't work, you need to buy space on a server. One of the best places is 1and1.com; iPowerWeb is good, too.
