Our UPVC front door won't lock but not sure why? We normally hold the handle up to turn the key but we can't do that anymore. The handle still goes up but the key won't turn. Any suggestions please?
Thanks for the reply. Have tried what you said but hasn't made any difference. The key still won't turn when the handle is up.

The handle is not going right up which means the door has droped. To lift turn adjuster on top hinge back to frame & bottom out. Do not put pressure on handle it will damage lock.
