Whilst in operation, the coupling between the Kenwood Chef A.901 drive & the Liquidiser Model A.990 overheated & melted. Both components sustained damaged. If I have an illustrated service manual showing a diagram of the affected parts, I would be able to order the necessary spare parts rather than replace everything. Where can I get such a service manual? Can the relevant portions be sent to me on the net?

I just tried the Kenwood number and they refused to supply the manual saying it was for their repair agents only.

I have been looking for a manual for my Kenwood Chef KM210 which has been a bit of a nightmare.

I found a number which is the customer service desk for kenwood and phoned them and they are sending me a copy of the manual free of charge the number is 02392392333. They should be able to help you. Good Luck!!
