I have had a new alarm system put in Veritas R8 but the installer left it on the manufacturers code, and told me to read the instructions to change the code to my choice. The instructions he left were for a different alarm box, and we have tried to get him back to no avail. Could you please explain how to do it.
ann,your installer sucks,very rude sod,we programme all our customers panels to their requirements,
we dont just take the cash and toss them a book and leave them to it,did you give his horse lots of oats ????

Sorry Ann, not meaning to be rude, but, the SEARCH facility, top right will get the answer, just type Veritas and have a look, it's there MANY TIMES.
