tricity bedix 1000 aw440w, trying to spin in wash cycle ?

hello there , i have a tricity bedix 1000 washing machine . suddenly the wash cyles are going crazy , the machine spins and drains ok , but when with ever i try to use a wash cycle , it fills up with water , and then instead of turning the drum at the regular slow speed , its turning the drum at full spin cycle for 10 secs one way , and then 10 secs the other way ect ect . i think its a software problem , is there a way to reset the system .

on the back of the motor is a tacho which sense the motor speed.if it has come loose it might be your problem.lay machine on its back and look at the motor.there should be a round bit in the end with 2 wires coming from it.If that is loose then you may be able to refit it and test.if this doesn't solve it the pcb triac has blown and a new pcb will be required.
