Hi My washer is sticking on elements of the set program eg it does the main wash and then stops and will not progress to rinse or spin. Yet if I abandon the program and manually request a rinse or spin it works fine. The instruction book is pretty pants. Is it a button eg the delay start I have inadvertently pressed or do I need to call out an engineer. Thanks
