i had the same problem,manufacturer no longer make spares,itook the switch apart and found that the contact inside were not touchingas part of the plastic slider had melted some what,icleaned contacts and drilled a very small hole inserted a screw so that contact was touching when switch was in the on position ,it works fine,i am still going to source a new one if i can
