what is wrong with my glow worm fuelsaver mk11 boiler?

The pilot light stays lit, but the boiler doesnt fire into action when the heating or water are turned on.

Any ideas or suggestions?

check the pump it sounds to me like the pump has gone if not then check the three port valve near the hot water tank
