Battery keeps going flat on c300h. Battery replaced 1 month ago and been charged? Could something be draining the battery?

Sounds like flat battery. Just replaced the battery on my countax. Battery charger showed fully charged but appears that there is one or more cells in battery faulty thus not outputting 12 v.
Replaced battery....sorted.
