totals upon cashing up, carries over from previous day?

When we cash up on our casio TE-2000 in the evening, some times it does not clear the previous days totals, therefore it adds the cash and the charge totals up, but includes yesterdays figures in them.

You are accidentally turning the key to X instead of Z. Make sure the key is in Z mode.
