How can I repair holes in a wool military uniform?
My Dress Blue Navy Uniform has holes in it from 31 years of being in an attic in the garage. I don't know if it is from mice or moth holes. They are small, the biggest of which is 1/2 the size of a pinky fingernail. I do have fabric to use for repair, (from an extra skirt stored in the same box, also with holes, but enough to use for repair) but I'm not sure of how to do it.
Do you have any suggestions??
