beko wm5120w washing machine quick wash and pre wash buttons not working?

Anyone give me help, my pre wash and quick wash buttons are not lighting up when i press them they got a lock underneath the two buttons anyone what that means?

The rinse button works tho.

Anyone help greatly appriciated
