theres a 60 amp fuse under the bonnet that needs changing ,,i think its 2nd from bottom on left hand side,,i had same problem last week and worked for me ,,even if the fuse looks good change it

There used to be a MASSIVE thread on here about this problem. Contact a Renault dealer, depending on model year they should fit a new dash and charge only £100, Renault cover the rest of the cost.
