a little hook needs fixed on the inside of the door

i have a panasonic nv-ms4 and when i look into the eye part to see what im filming the display screen is put to one side the right side is black but the left side is is fine, dont think its the pix that are dead because the picture looks pushed in together, dont know if its the settings. can someone please help me?
