Hotpoint double oven BD31, heating up then loud bang, now no power or lights completely dead, would this be the element and also would it have blown the fuse if so where is the fuse, thanks
sounds like element might of failed.only fuse should be in your consumer unit.it will of blown a fuse or tripped a breaker in there possibly.High current failures can cause issue with cooker point switches on the wall
