I have a kitchen aid side by side refrigerator. The ice got jammed in the dispenser. While trying to remove the chunk of ice, the dispenser broke and continues to run, shooting ice out. It seems the flap that closes the shoot has become unhinged. Can you help me with directions to reattach it? Mark
If it is not obvious as to where it goes, to stop the ice. I would think that you need a rplacement part.
