On installation of the iRC5030i the gradation print test had NO Cyan on the test sheet and color printed out are distorted. But the black and white print out is perfect how do i bring back the missing CYAN color. By the way the rest of the operation is perfect. Please someone to advice soon I know it is a new machine on the market.
