Hi. plese help! My mobility scooter came to a complete stop. Then went forward then reverse rapidly. Then lost the drive power. I have new batteries, new wig wag controler, & new electric control box. I have checked all the wireing, & checked the free wheel brake. all is ok. The lights all work. Just no drive. I would be gratefull for any conclusions to this.
