how can i fix my electrolux EOB53000X GAS COOKER ?

the front right gas ring does not work its only 12 months old . the black knob pushes down but does not turn . can anyone please help .

Things should last a reasonable length of time so call electrolux servicing as a part shouldn't fail that soon.They will try charging you.DO NOT PAY.Ask them to do it as a good will commercial decision assuming it is only just out of warranty!
