From your description it sounds like you have offset handles and the inside handle is 92mm c/c from centre of handle to where key enters lock, the ouside handle may be a different measurement. If this is the case you will need to replace the two handles but you do need to check the sizes, two good websites for this are northwest hardare & Doorfit products. (check bolt fixings centre to centre size & plate size aswell
