Rexel LV340 broken cog in the gear box?

The machine will not draw pouches in yet will still heat up and roll out with manual turning of the spindle. i have stripped it down to the gearbox on the drive spindle and found a shattered cog. it would appear the laminator has been forced at some time (others use it).
i have an image of the inside of the gearbox which shows the broken cog easily. Any idea how I can replace the offending nylon/plastic cog?

you will likely have no choice but to replace the entire motor, thats not always a bad thing, often jams ike this lessen the motors power, as a tech manager once said they get tired.

if the motor is marked as too who manufactured it you can check with them. if it happens to be vonwisey just forget it. we rebuilt their motors for the last 30 years till they moved motor production overseas. 6 month to year parts order time, 40 grand minimu order, paid in advance........

they want to sell new motors, not parts.

I am not familiar with your model laminator, its probably a low cost pouch type, in that case just buy a new one
