Hoover HED 6612 Runner Support Wheels?

Hi I have a Hoover HED6612. The wheels on the runner supports keep falling off so I ordered some replacement runner support wheels. How do I fit them? Do I have to take the side panels off the machine to remove the old ones and fit the new ones? Many thanks.
