Basement Toilet and Sink causing a smell - Sanitop Broy/pro pump -?

it works brilliantly, there are no blockages. is there something i can use to flush out this system...

how can i check that the pump is working correctly..

smell is allot worse when i put on the sink tap as well as flushing..

Any help appreciated.

Sounds as if the water is causing the smell. If the units are fed from a cistern rather than the mains, check the cistern for contamination. It has been known for a dead rat to be found in the cistern !
