Dishwasher D1612DA blows the plug fuse at the end of the cycle?

I am a electrical technician - can this fuse be blowing perhaps from the dish drying cycle and if so how is this hot air / water generated.
Ther are no signs of any water or condensation within the unit and I cannot seem to find any earths or short circuits.
Any ideas please ??
