How to fix Brandt washer WTD1171A d07 error?

My washer WTD1171A have the d07 error. I've read the manual and found that it is the "Locking Fault". But I've tried to close the lid many times, the result is the same. Anyone have met the same problem? plz help me to solve it. Thanks you so much.
