Bosch Logixx 8 Washing Machine F18 Problem - Cannot remove pump filter at f?

Hi,
I cannot remove the filter from front of my machine, it will turn anticlockwise only about a quarter turn but will not pul out! I hae drained what I can from the pipe. Please help??

Seems like there is some residual vacuum usually.

I had the same issue and after 15 minutes it easily turned and opened.
