how can i get the glue off the rollers?

my laminator (ibico-2700) has glue along both rollers. i want to know how to get off the glue without damaging the rubber on the rollers

I service roll laminators for a living.

The safest way is heat the machine with no film in it.
once machine is hot use a greenie scothbrite pad normally used to scrub frypans and GENTLY scrub the now softened adhesive off the rollers
