chaffoteaux calydra 80 combi boiler?

I have same problem, I think it's the diverted valve, as the boiler try's to heat the thermal store but the divertor valve isn't operating so sends the heat to the rads, the hot water thermistor is therefore never satisfied so continues to keep the burners on
