I locked my self out then kicked the upvc door open
The catch is stuck but I can still lock the door.when I pull or push the handle only the roller locks move how can I sort this out without a big call out charge?.
Someone please help me out.

you may need a new multipoint lock the full length lock you must have damaged something if you have a look at it measure it note what is on it rollers, hooks upward hook downward hooks you can the buy exact replacement
remove handles barrel remove screws in door edge be careful which ones not the very short ones pull out lock replace everything
