how to get to my fusebox?

i have 2.0 mondeo 2009 reg how do i get to the fusebox as my gigar lighter does not work.

i think there is one under the bonnet on the right, and another in the back of the glove compartment,, has a drop down lid on it with the fuses marked on the lid,,
