How can I fix my leaking washer machine, ?

I have whirlpool washer machine, model number LXR9245EQO,

my whirlpool is leaking from bottom, and when it is on rinse and spin cycle makes this Banding noise from the washer and shakes, and tub goes back and forth when it is on rinse cycle
