how can i fix my cannon 102720g gas cooker?

I have a cannon 102720g Warwick gas cooker and the problem is that the oven starter flame fires up but the oven will not fully heat up. any ideas?

1st idea, oven thermostat.
If it thinks temp is ok, will not put jets on fully, just leave on trickle burn
