go to any car motor factors ask a valve grinding/ lapping stick it a piece of 3/8" to 1/2" dowel with rubbers on either end.
when you get one wet the rubber lip,now press on to bulb glass, now pull gently downward. or may have to fit to glass and then rotate valve stick anti clockwise,it really depends what type of bulb has been fitted
