The model number - I'm not too sure about but the colour is silver and purple (dyson guy on the helpline guessed the model from that alone)
It has an inner door and an outer door. Both are closed but the machine keeps complaining saying outer door is not shut, obviously its a bit broken... Don't really want to pay the £100 call out so anything I can do to re-program the machine or anything at all?
not that familiar with dyson,maybe a sensor or door switch on the outer closure that has become faulty .check the carcase behind the final closure for a switching device which is stuck on a open circuit.
